Digital audit with recommendations
Students were tasked to position LMT as a ‘hub’ for the homelessness sector and increase ‘Sponsor a Space’ donations to break the cycle of homelessness through a digital audit and target market analysis.
A digital audit of the Lady Musgrave Trust’s (LMT) current digital activities identified a lack of strategic content production.
It was recommended LMT redesign their website, review content to ensure consistency and implement social media content creation pillars to engage with the identified target market.
